The Harbour

Docking at the East Quay.

There is no tour operating here. What I offer is a practice of self-encounter, a space for everything that inner travel brings with it. Before, during, and after a voyage.

The mushroom speaks.

The Reisebuero grew out of the research for the film “The Mushroom Speaks.” Together with fungi and their allies, the film invites us to imagine a mycocultural (r)evolution. What if fungi could help us question and radically transform our relationship to this world?

Ethical principles.

My counselling is guided by the professional ethical standards of psychosocial practice. The key principles are:

Dignity and respect

Every person is treated with respect, regardless of background, gender, religion or way of life.

Self-determination

Clients decide for themselves the goals, content and duration of the counselling.

Confidentiality

All personal information is treated in strict confidence. This reflects the data protection and confidentiality regulations of professional counselling.

Transparency

Throughout the counselling process, there is open communication about the goals, methods, costs and procedures.

With my background in film, Zen, yoga, and my passion for psychonautics, sound and breathwork, my practice weaves together art, philosophy, humanistic approaches to psychology and various holistic well-being practices. I have a particular interest in cultivating different states of consciousness (waking, dreaming, deep sleep or expanded awareness) and the transformative power of ecstatic (holotropic) states.

I work as a Gestalt therapist (sfgt.ch) and have experience as an IOPT practitioner (Identity-Oriented Psychotrauma Theory). I accompany people during the integration of consciousness-expanding experiences with and without psychoactive substances. A more detailed overview of methods can be found in the Atlas.

My work at the Reisebuero grows from the same attitude as my films: observing with awareness. Listening without judging. Taking time where others take shortcuts.

My guidance does not replace psychotherapy or medical or psychiatric treatment.

Hafenstrasse 25.

A personal space, quiet and warm, intentionally welcoming. From the street there is little to see. Inside the reception, a practice room, right by the terrace with a view towards the Dreiländereck.

Getting here

Take tram 8 towards Weil am Rhein — stop Kleinhüniger Anlage — from there it is a five-minute walk. By car via Hafenstrasse, parking is available in front of the building.

Come by.

Also online, if the way is too far — no distance is too far. I look forward to your message.
